Refund Policy

Although every effort is made in trying to get your parcel to you in perfect condition, sometimes damages do occur. You must let us know within 48 hours of receipt of your item if it has been damaged in transit or if it is faulty. Wherever possible, please email us at contact@lydfordprints.com with images of the damage so we can investigate with our courier. We will send a replacement for damaged goods immediately.

Personalised goods have been made specifically to your requirements and are only refundable if damaged or faulty. The colours displayed on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual goods may occur. 

We keep all artwork on file, so if you have made a mistake on your order and need a replacement, please get in touch.

If we have made a mistake, we will send a replacement immediately, free of charge. 

With all illustrations, if you cancel your order after seeing the proof, we will refund the order minus a cost of £5.

Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns due to all of our items being completely bespoke. If your order is damaged or faulty, please email us at contact@lydfordprints.com within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, and we will be happy to help.

Exchanges

If your order is damaged or faulty, please email us at contact@lydfordprints.com within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, and we will send a replacement out to you. If you have made an error on your order, we keep the artwork on file so can produce a replacement at a discounted cost.

Canceling Order

If you are unhappy with your illustration after the agreed amendments have been made to the proof, we will issue full refund.

However, once you have approved your proof, we are unable to issue a refund.
